It has become certain that the visit of U.N secretary general Kofi Annan to Beirut will take place without the verification to the adoption of the UN Security Council to Annan's report in which he said that Israel finished its the withdrawal from south Lebanon according to resolution N 425. The objection is due to that Israel did not complete its withdrawal from south Lebanon and it still occupies lands in many areas among which are 3 main areas near al-Abasia village in the south. Lebanon insists on ending these violations before getting into the other steps related to the deployment of the UN emergency forces according to Annan's recommendations to the international security council. The Lebanese President Emil Lahud denied that he informed the U.S Secretary of State Madeleine Albright of accepting withdrawing Lebanese objections to Annan's report, saying that the Lebanese resistance and sacrifices will not be wasted by a few communications.
