Islamic symposium in Berlin on dialogue and coexistence among civilizations and cultures

An international Islamic symposium will be held in the German capital city of Berlin on July 5 to debate dialogue and coexistence among civilizations and cultures.
Organized by the Rabat-based Islamic educational scientific and cultural organization (ISESCO) in cooperation with the Muslim world league and Imam Al Khoei charitable foundation, the symposium is meant to convey the Islamic perception of human issues of concern to the world public opinion at this particular juncture and to reflect the Islamic stance on dialogue and coexistence between cultures and civilizations.
The meeting will attempt to portray the tolerant Islam which advocates dialogue, coexistence, cooperation and mutual understanding between all humans, refute allegations leveled against Islam and stress the ability of the Islamic culture to address the issues and problems of modern times.
Eminent scholars and thinkers from the Muslim world and the West will address topics related to coexistence from a future perspective within an Islamic perception, Islam and civilizational dialogue in the 21st century, Islam and the West, cooperation for a complementary civilizational edifice and dialogue values from an Islamic perspective.
