Iraq considers Turkey as a partner in the aggression against it
Iraq-Turkey, Politics, 6/19/2000
Iraq on Sunday accused Turkey of being a main partner in the aggression currently carried out by the US and British warplanes and called on the Arab masses to resort to armed struggle to expel the western forces which have been deployed in the Gulf region.
The Iraqi official news agency said the Iraqi foreign minister Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf considered in a message addressed to the secretary general of the Arab league AL Ismat Abdul Miguid that the " backing given by Turkey to the Americans and British makes it a main partner in the aggression against Iraq." Al-Sahaf called on the UN chief to interfere with those countries to halt their aggressions.
