Qatar visa not required for Iranian traders

Member of the board of Directors of Qatar's Chamber of Commerce Khalil Rezvani said in Tehran Saturday that Iranians who travel by Qatar air lines need not have visas.
IRNA reported that "The Qatari official said Iran and Qatar are determined to expand bilateral ties, adding that the two countries entrepreneurs can have five-year extension of their visas or work permits ... and that an agreement is to be signed soon to support investments in the two countries, facilitate transit of goods and eliminate double taxation."
IRNA quoted an official saying "the discount of Qatari goods being imported to the Abadan, Khorramshahr and Bushehr ports, adding that they are subject to 30 percent discount on tariffs slated to be set at 50 percent in the near future."
