Palestinians want third phase withdrawal done

Israel's daily HAARETZ reported today that Palestinian negotiators in talks with Israelis in the US said "We will not postpone this (Israeli 3rd) withdrawal ..we will not agree to even a one minute delay," and turned down Israeli "goodwill" gestures saying the Palestinians do not want goodwill gestures, but that Israel implement signed agreements.
