Palestinians Arabs of 1948 offer condolences on the death of President al-Assad

The Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara on Wednesday received a cable of condolences on the passing away of President al-Assad from the Palestinian Arabs of 1948. The cable read: With deep sorrows, we received news on the death of the late President. we have lost the great leader who embodied to us the symbol of Arab nationalism.
Senders of the cable pledged to continued militant struggle pursued by the late President.
