Amnesty international accuses Israel for violating human rights of the Palestinians

Amnesty International concerned with defending human rights denounced the violation of human rights of the Palestinians under occupation in the Palestinian territories, stressing that the Israeli authorities continued its oppressive practices against them by killing many of them and pursuing a policy of discrimination against them in destroying their homes, unjustifiably.
In a press conference held on Wednesday in Gaza, during which its annual report for 1999 was circulated, the Amnesty international stressed that the Israeli occupation forces killed 8 Palestinian citizens illegally and also registered the destruction of tens of the Palestinian houses after their owners of the Palestinians have become displaced.
The Amnesty international noted that hundreds of Palestinians ( men and women) were brought to the court before unfair and oppressive Israeli military courts.
The report noted that the Israeli authorities still violate human rights norms in continuing to detain several Palestinian citizens without justification or legal trial.
The Amnesty international stressed that more than 1500 Palestinian detainees and prisoners are still in the Israeli jail.
The Amnesty international also noted that the Israeli security forces hidden facts that its member torture, illegal killing or other violations it had committed against the Palestinians.
