Supreme court quashes military court verdict in army officer case

The Moroccan supreme court on Wednesday quashed a sentence issued by the Rabat permanent military court against captain Mustapha Adib. Adib was sentenced last February by the military court to a five-year jail term for "violation of military orders" and "slander to the army." The supreme court also decided to return the case to the military court.
