Egyptian businessmen to visit Morocco in September
Egypt-Morocco, Economics, 6/13/2000

An Egyptian business delegation is expected in Morocco next September to follow up the implementation of decisions made at the 4th session of Moroccan-Egyptian high joint commission held last May in Cairo.

The delegation members will examine with Moroccan economic operators the implementation of some investments projects including two projects of a ready-made garments factory in Casablanca and a sardines canning firm in Port Said ( 220 km north-eastern Cairo).

The Moroccan and Egyptian businessmen, members of the Moroccan- Egyptian joint chamber of commerce, had earlier signed an agreement on the creation of a Moroccan- Egyptian investment and development association in charge of following up the carrying out of joint ventures.

The two sides had also decided to set up a commission to follow up the implementation of agreements and protocols signed between the two states' businessmen.
