Moroccan dams 43.9 % full end of april 2000

By the end of April, 2000, Moroccan dams contained 6.1 million cubic-meters, 43.9 % of capacity as compared with 58.9 % for the same period of the preceding year, the equipment department monthly newsletter said.
Rainwater and snow-melting from September 1999 to April 2000 accounted for 2,400 cubic-meters showing a slump of 74 % from normal average.
