Morocco earmarks $ 43 mln for housing projects in southern region

A budget worth $ 43 million was earmarked to finance housing projects in the Moroccan southern region of Oued Eddahab Lagouira, Housing secretary of state, Mohamed Lambarki said. The sum will be used to finance ongoing projects and projects that are yet to be launched, Lambarki said at a meeting with local elected representatives and economic operators in the region. The official also announced that four fisheries model villages will be built shortly in the region.
