Italy, Palestinian government boost bilateral cooperation

The representative of the Palestinian government in Rome Nimr Hammad has stated the two agreements signed with Italy aims at strengthening cooperation between Italy and the Palestinians in all areas.
In an interview with the BBC on Friday Hammad added the first agreement pertains to cooperation in the area of strengthening cooperation and cultural, scientific, technical, the art, information, the media areas and the exchange of delegations to this effect.
He continued that the bilateral agreement states that Italy provides aid and scholarships to Palestinian students and help in unifying school teaching programs in the Palestinian areas.
