Concluding meetings of Damascus Declaration countries in Cairo

Work of the the Arab Damascus Declaration states' meetings in Cairo concluded today by agreeing on continuing the political and security cooperation.
Foreign ministers of the 8 countries Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Emirates - met the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and informed him with results of their meeting.
The ministers discussed supporting cooperation and solidarity among member states, economic relations, commercial exchange, political coordination, following up the Arab conditions and the latest developments after the Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon as well as supporting the Syrian stance.
The meetings asked Israel to withdraw from all occupied Arab lands including the Syrian Golan, the West Bank and Gaza Strip according to the UN Security Council resolutions.
The meeting also assured supporting the Arab League and all efforts for vitalizing it and supporting establishing the Arab free trade zone, exerting efforts for establishing a joint Arab market and settling the Arab disputes through the League.
