Libyan official confers with Russian communist party official

The secretary of the people's general committee for foreign contact and international cooperation in Libya Abdul Rahman Shalqam on Sunday in Tripoli met with the deputy secretary general of the Russian communist party Vlantine Kitsov, who is also responsible for the Arab affairs at this party.
The two sides discussed means of developing relations of cooperation between the two countries in various areas and means of backing them for the joint interests of the two sides.
