Movies in Paris biennial Arab cinema festival

Two Moroccan movies will be screened at the 5th Paris Biennial Arab cinema festival scheduled this June 30 through July 9 at the Arab World Institute in Paris.
Over one hundred motion movies and documentaries by directors from the Arab Gulf, Maghreb and Middle East countries are featured.
Organizers plan a special tribute to the Algerian film industry and a colloquy on "comedians and new challenges in the Euro-Arab satellite landscape" where professionals will debate the impact of satellite TV channels on the Arab audiovisual production and cooperation prospects between Arab and European movie makers.
The festival will also reward the best fiction movie and best documentary.
