German foreign minister arrives in Egypt today

German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer starts today a visit to Egypt, Israel and the Palestinian areas. He visit will last for three days and concentrate on the ME peace process and bilateral relations.
The German foreign ministry reported in a statement that Fischer will meet with the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his Egyptian counterpart Amr Moussa and will discuss with them Middle East " bilateral relations and the peace process."
The German minister will also discuss the same issues during his meeting with the Israeli President Ezra Weisman and the foreign minister David Levy.
In conclusion of his meeting Fischer will meet with the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat in Ramullah.
