Croatian deputy trade minister Heka Minkia is concluding a visit to Egypt with a governmental and commercial delegation for discussing boosting and developing the bilateral relations between the two countries especially in the economic fields as well as increasing trade volume which reached $ 40 million dollars, Minkia told ArabicNews.com, adding that he discussed establishing a trade free zone between the two countries to be a motive for Egyptian and the Croatian organizations to increase trade. The Egyptian company Orascom and the French Krab started preliminary steps for establishing a cement factory in Bagaya city (230 kilometers from Algiers) in Algeria at a cost of $ 230 million where $ 140 million will be obtained as loans from local and international finance corporations . The factory's production will reach 1.8 million tons annually i.e nearly 1/5 of Algeria total cement production. Go

Secretary general of Arab inter-parliamentary union, Moroccan MP Noureddine Bouchkoug, urged Arab governments and organizations to contribute to the reconstruction and recovery of south Lebanon.
