New Egyptian - French cement factory in Algeria

The Egyptian company Orascom and the French Krab started preliminary steps for establishing a cement factory in Bagaya city (230 kilometers from Algiers) in Algeria at a cost of $ 230 million where $ 140 million will be obtained as loans from local and international finance corporations . The factory's production will reach 1.8 million tons annually i.e nearly 1/5 of Algeria total cement production.
