Jerusalem fund needs money

Palestine's ambassador in Morocco Wagih El-Kasem who heads the Jerusalem Fund asserted that Jerusalem needs to house 50,000 citizens urgently and building 4 schools and hospital as well as doing repair work to the holly city.
He told ArabicNews.com that "the Jerusalem Fund made a plan to be carried out within 2 years whose cost is $ 38 million" and that he has only received 6 million dollars from Morocco and small Islamic countries.
He accused the gulf states of not paying a dime for repairing Jerusalem and that the authority started repairing 133 houses and building 85 houses adding that there is a license for building 800 houses in Jerusalem yet they have not been carried out due to the financial shortage and the authority could only implement 1/3 of these license.
He asked for the interference of Arab and Islamic countries to save these licenses saying that Jerusalem is not only for the Palestinians to replace be replaced by Abu Diss (a town claimed by some as future capital for a Palestinian state), assuring that Jerusalem is Palestinian.
