Arab states summits to become regularl scheduled events

The foreign ministers of the Arab committee - concerned with convening the Arab summit - will have their next meeting on June 6 at the Arab league's headquarter under the chairmanship of the Omani foreign minister Yusef Bin Alawi who heads the current session of the Arab foreign ministers.
The meeting will discuss a report that will be raised by ambassadors of the Arab committee, which comprises Egypt, Syria, Tunis, Oman and Yemen after their repeated meetings this month.
The report suggests convening the summit in March of every year at the Arab League's headquarter with a periodic chairmanship according to the alphabetical order of the states.
The Omani ambassador in Cairo Abd El-Azeez El-Henani said that there are proposals and reactions that the committee received from some Arab states which all focus on accelerating ratifying the draft to the raised at the league's council in coming session in September to be ratified and presented to the Arabs heads of states.
