Oman to get a new university

Sultan Qaboos bin Said approved the establishment of Sohar University, in the wilayat of Sohar, the Batinah region, by the Omani private sector the Omani news agency reported, adding the this would contribute to upgrading levels of higher education and scientific research and will help avail modern scientific fields.
