A high ranking SLA militia officer double agent

The Israeli daily Maareve said on Friday that a state of disbelief prevails amongst the SLA pro Israeli militias who fled to Israel after they had discovered that one of their senior officers has betrayed them and has been working for long as a double agent for the interest of "Hizbullah."

Maareve added that this army officer is now in Beirut which he had reached on Monday following the collapse of the pro-Israel SLA agents and that he is a colonel from al-Khayam town.

The Israeli paper added that he served as an administrative commander for the eastern sector in the border strip and that his son (28) has a senior post in the Hizbullah and that he was the means for contacts.
