Iranian foreign minister inspected liberated Lebanese villages

Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharazi arrived in Beirut on Thursday and said at the airport that his visit aims at " Sharing the Lebanese people their victory in liberating their south."
He added that he is convening a message to the Lebanese President Emil Lahoud with whom he met on Thursday evening, from the Iranian President Muhammad Khatami.
Kharazi stressed the " importance of coordination between Syria and lebanon in order to formulate a way to withstand these developments."
In Bint Jbeil city in the liberated south Kharazi spoke about the " victory which was only attained under steadfastness, resistance, solidarity and unity." Such a victory was not simply and smoothly attained. It has cost a lot of blood of the Lebanese national resistance men and strong solidarity among the Lebanese people regardless their sects.
He praised the Lebanese resistance and " called on the Lebanese people and resistance to continue their steadfastness and start re-building their country so as to be an example to be followed.
The Iranian foreign minister also commended the efforts made by the secretary general of the Hizbullah party Hassan Nasrullah and the Lebanese President Lahoud as well as the efforts made by the Syrian government which " backed this holy struggle mounted by the Lebanese people."
