Chirac speaks with Lahoud

French President Jacques Chirac on Tuesday made a telephone call with the Lebanese President Emil Lahoud and reviewed with him the situation in Lebanon following the Israeli withdrawal from certain positions in the occupied part of South Lebanon.
The Elysee palace announced that Chirac briefed Lahoud with the atmospheres of his recent diplomatic contacts over the Lebanese situation.
