Israeli minister of internal security visits Egypt

The Israeli minister of internal security arrived at Cairo in a visit concerning the peace process related to the Palestinian track. Egyptian sources said "the Israeli official's visit comes in frame work of notifying the Egyptian officials with the Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon and the latest developments of the Palestinian upheaval as well as the necessity to interfere to persuade the Palestinian officials to interfere to persuade the Palestinian people to quiet down," stating that there is Israeli anxiety toward the latest developments in the Palestinian lands and that this affects life in Israel and for the Israeli people as the government is trying to attain stability.
