Baath Party conferences for the Party branches

Baath Party conferences for the Party branches in the Syrian provinces and universities on Monday concluded their three day- deliberations by choosing their representatives to the 9th regional conference which will be held on June 17.

These conferences were supervised by members of the regional leadership of the Baath Party and several members of the central command of the Baath party and the Baath party audition and inspection committee.

During the party branches conferences various reports in political, economic and organizational areas were discussed.

The read reports highly appreciated " Syria's principled policy under the leadership of President Hafez al-Assad towards national issues in order to achieve a just and comprehensive peace according to international legitimacy resolution and the land for peace formula."

The reports also stressed backing to the process of modernization and development taking place in Syria to fight corruption and deepen the positive achievements.

These reports voiced " loyalty to President al-Assad's leadership until ultimate victory is achieved and the aims of the Arab nation to unity, freedom and socialism are realized."

Number of held conferences were 145 in Damascus, the country's various provinces and the universities and the number of representatives to the 9th regional conference is 650.
