Al-Shara takes part in the Euro-Mediterranean partnership conference

It is expected that the Syrian Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara to take part in the meeting of the ministerial council of the Euro-Mediterranean conference due to be held in Lisbon on May 25 and 26 in which Israelis are taking part. Diplomatic sources in Damascus told the London-based al-Hayat daily that the EU-ME peace process coordinator Miguel Moratinos conveyed al-Shara just two days ago the invitation by the EU to attend this conference.
