4 offer to purchase the Egyptian Simaf

The Egyptian holding company for the mineral industries received 4 primary offers for purchasing the Egyptian Company for the railway works "Simaf." These offers are from Italy, France, Spain and Hungary. Head of the holding company Adel El-Danaf said that "these offers will be final within 3 months and in case of reaching an agreement with the Egyptian railways organization - the Egyptian government will purchase a specific share from Simaf production to serve the Egyptian railways and the development projects especially since that it is the only company in Egypt that works field of the railways area," yet El-Danaf refused to declare the names of the desirous foreign companies interested in purchasing Simaf.
