Egyptian - Belgium cooperation in the petroleum field

Belgian businessmen started a 4-days visit to Egypt yesterday to discuss establishing joint projects in the field of petroleum refinement and its byproducts.

These projects aim at raising percentage of the local Egyptian petroleum refinement to 80%.

The delegation is to convene a set of meetings with officials of the Egyptian petroleum sector and with the Egyptian businessmen to discuss means of carrying out these projects.

It is worth noting that a Egyptian commercial mission will be organized in Belgium in the second half of the current year.
