Moroccan Air Carrier and Canada-based Moroccans' Federation sign agreement

Moroccan air carrier "Royal Air Maroc" and the Moroccan Federation of Canada, grouping associations representing Moroccans living in Canada, signed on Wednesday a "partnership convention."

The convention entitles Moroccans living in Canada to family tariffs, a 50% reduction for children aged below 12, a special price on religious occasions and an additional 10% reduction if booking is made three months before the date of departure.

In addition, RAM offers a 25% cut in fees of corpse repatriation and other advantages for Moroccans living in Canada.

RAM also grants to the Federation an annual budget of 20,000 Canadian Dollars for Joint RAM-Federation promotional actions. The carrier will offer some 50 tickets for economic, cultural, social and artistic trips sponsored by the federation.

In exchange, the federation agreed to insert RAM advertisements in all its publications.

Another partnership agreement is also on the making between RAM, a bank and the Moroccan Federation in Canada to enable Moroccan travelers pay their tickets on credit.
