Mubarak calls for pushing forward peace process

Egypt's President Mubarak underlined in a verbal message to US President Bill Clinton the "importance of activating the Middle East peace process on various tracks on the basis of Madrid Conference terms of reference in order to achieve overall peace in the area," Al Ahram reported today adding that "The Clinton administration underlined that it does its utmost in the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations to reach an agreement and that both parties were working seriously."
