Abd Rabbu confirms his resignation

The Palestinian official in charge of culture and information at the Palestinian government stressed on Tuesday his persistence to resign from the presidency of the Palestinian delegation to the final status negotiations despite the fact this his resignation was refused on Monday.

In a statement he made on Tuesday after revealing a secret back channel for negotiations between the Palestinian government and Israel, that he is still determinant on his position, noting that having more than one negotiation channel is an Israeli game backed by foreign forces and aiming at finding a gap within the Palestinian negotiation position.

However, last week, a secret channel for negotiations in Stockholm between the Palestinian and Israeli sides was unveiled. It includes the chairman of the Palestinian legislative council chairman Ahmad Qrei ' and the official for people's organizations Hassan Asfour, while the Israeli side included the minister of the Interior Ami Bin Ayaloun and the lawyer who is ( close ) to the Israeli prime minister Jalaad Sheir.
