Egypt's first Coptic arts exhibition in Paris

French Minister of Culture inaugurated first exhibition of Egyptian Coptic Antiquities in Paris on Monday.
Dr. Gaballah Ali Gaballah, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities on behalf of Minister of Culture Farouq Hosni, and several other officials attended the inauguration.
"The exhibition is part of the Second Millennium of the Christ," Gaballah said, adding that the exhibition displays 320 works of art, which trace the life of Copts since the Roman Era.
On his part, Director of the Arab World Institute Nasser El-Ansari said the exhibition is part of the institute's artistic and cultural agenda with the aim of bringing closer Franco- Arab cultures and arts.
