Head of the Palestinian national council Salim El-Zaenoun said "the Palestinian people are addressing today a message to the world on the anniversary of the Palestinian crisis saying that no nation could seize another nation" emphasizing the necessity of declaring the Palestinian state in September. He said the Palestinian central council will convene on September 13 which is the set date for ending the transitional stage in the Oslo agreement. A training session on the theme "mass media and human rights" is being held this May 14 through 21 in Nador (northestern Morocco) to highlight the role of local press in the promotion of human rights values.
