Regional media correspondents attend training session on media and human rights

A training session on the theme "mass media and human rights" is being held this May 14 through 21 in Nador (northestern Morocco) to highlight the role of local press in the promotion of human rights values. The session also seeks to raise awareness of regional media correspondents of their role in spreading a human rights culture through following up human-rights related issues at the local level.
The session is organized by Moroccan local press association in cooperation with German Friedrich Naumann foundation.
