Maghreban technical committee on environment changes meets in Tunis

The Maghreban technical committee on environment changes held here May 12-13 its fourth meeting on the theme "weather and health."

Experts from Maghreban states and foreign environment and health specialists addressed issues related to climate variability, forecast and modelling, population health in the world and in the Maghreb and relationship between weather and health.

The meeting is part of the Maghreban countries's endeavor to address problems caused by climate changes, said Moroccan secretary of State for environment, Ahmed Iraqi, who attended the meeting.
