Hizbullah asks Lahd Militia members to demonstrate loyalty; Egyptian - Lebanese moral support
Lebanon-Egypt, Politics, 5/15/2000
Hizbullah deputy secretary general Naeem Kasem said in a celebration in Nabatia yesterday that any member in the pro Israeli SLA militia who proves they are against Israel will be pardoned in what he termed as a "last chance" initiative.
He added that those who attack Israeli soldiers and SLA militia members in Lebanon and run to the liberated areas in south Lebanon will be considered lost and Hizbullah will demand him the pardon.
Meantime, The Egyptian committee for solidarity with Lebanese people is convening a conference tomorrow against the Israeli aggression. Leaders of the political parties, the Arab ambassadors in Cairo, Egyptian artists and writers as well as delegation of the committee who lately participated in reviving the anniversary of the Qana massacre in south Lebanon will participate in the conference.
