Seven foreign companies want to buy into the Moroccan Communication Company

Seven foreign companies expressed interest in purchasing a majority share in the Morocco's Telecoms company "Maroc-telecoms", which is owned by the state as the Moroccan government partially raised the company for privation.

The government will offer selling between 25% of the company's shares in coming June.

Among the interested companies are Telecom Italy, S.B.C communications (U.S.A), Fifendi (French) and France Telecom.

While selling the majority share will be sold at the end of the coming August till beginning of September, that will be followed by floating additional shares that varies between 10% - 15% in Casablanca's and the international stock markets.
