Yemeni Fatwa bans normalization with Israel

Men of religion in Yemen have released a Fatwa banning normalization with Israel as long as it occupies Arab lands.
The Yemeni weekly Yemen Observer said that the deputy mufti of Yemen, Hamoud Abbas al-Mu'yed, said any contacts with Israelis are banned as far as they are in a war with the Palestinians and occupying Arab territories.
He indicated that this Fatwa warns all, foremost being the rulers and officials, against the consequences of dealing with the Israelis and their plans.
The paper stated that more than 20 men of religion in Yemen, including the Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Zabbara signed this Fatwa.
