Japan's Prince Takamado to visit Egypt and Morocco

The Japanese embassy in Cairo said that Prince Takamado and his wife, Princess Hisako, will pay formal visits to Egypt and Morocco at the end of the current month to discuss increasing aspects of cooperation between Tokyo and Cairo and Ribat.
The visit of Prince Takamado, cousin of Empror Akihito, to Egypt will be the first by a member of the Japanese royal family in 25 years, since Prince Miscasa, father of Prince Takamado, visited Cairo in 1975.
During the visit, days for the Japanese culture and arts will be held that are to include movies, photograps and a show for Jajako music which is a traditional old music played at the Japanese palace.
