Abdul Meguid calls for reconciliation from Somali leaders

Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid expressed his hope that Somalia would benefit from the sincere efforts exerted by Djiboutian President Ismael Omar Guelleh, which aim at helping achieve Somali reconciliation on a comprehensive basis that maintains Somalia's unity and regional safety and puts an end to the useless fight.
He called on the Somali leaders to work on put their country's interests above all other considerations and to deal seriously with the team spirit with the Djibouti initiative which aims at ensuring Somalia's interests.
Abdul Meguid expressed his hope that the reconciliation conference recently held in Djibouti would reach a ratification of comprehensive Somali rapport.
