Establishing a Japanese tourism city in Hurghada

Many Japanese companies are studying a project to establish a Japanese tourism city in Hurghada in cooperation with the Egyptian side in the Egyptian - Japanese business council. ArabicNews.com learned that the project aims at being a pattern for Japanese technology and culture in Egypt and a way to attract Japanese tourists to Egypt, especially as Japan lifted the tourism embargo on visiting Egypt which coincides with the Japanese trend to develop its economic relations with Egypt which took place after the visit of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to Japan last year.
