US still considering allowing Libya travel

US State Department Spokesman Richard Boucher said yesterday that no decisions have been made on whether US citizens will be allowed to travel to Libya. "The report has not yet gone to the secretary," Boucher said, referring to recommendations from a March US consular visit to Libya to assess risks to US travelers in Libya.
