Moroccan expert gets eco-actors environment prize
Morocco-France, Environment, 5/4/2000
A panel of environment experts handed Moroccan researcher Adam Hachimi this year's "Eco-Actors" prize for his work on environment at Metz, in northeastern France, playing host to the 5th "Eco-industry" International Fair.
The 37 year-old Moroccan chemistry doctor is chairman of the firm "Micropolluants Technologies," France's second-largest dioxin analysis lab. A faculty member of Antwerp and Metz, Hachimi received the "special distinction" extended by the monthly magazine "Decision-Environment" for outstanding work, namely the setting up of "Micropolluants Technologies."
In 1995, Hachimi already stood out when his works were rewarded with the Ivan Chouroulinkov Prize of the French cell pharmaco-toxicology society.
