Moratinos in Beirut on Monday

The European Union's Middle East peace process envoy, Miguel Moratinos, will arrive on Monday in Beirut on a two day official visit to Lebanon to hold talks with high-ranking Lebanese officials dealing with Middle East peace process developments and the expected Israeli withdrawal from the Lebanese territories.
