Saudi foreign minister confers with Iranian defense minister

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal met on Tuesday in Jeddah with Iranian Defense Minister Ali Shamkhani and members of the accompanying delegation, currently visiting Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting talks dealt with friendly talks and issues of mutual concern.
On Monday evening Saudi Minister of the Interior Prince Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz received Lt. Gen. Ali Shamkhani and members of the accompanying delegation in Jeddah.
Means of strengthening security cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Iran were reviewed.
