Lebanese resistance operations against Israeli forces

The Lebanese resistance on Monday attacked an Israeli occupation and pro-Israeli militia position in Balat, using machine guns and rockets. In a statement the resistance said that direct hits were scored.

On Monday morning, the Lebanese resistance carried out a series of operations against the Israeli occupation forces' positions and positions of their militia allies inside the occupied part of south Lebanon. Another resistance group, the resistance added, attacked Talat Harroun position and direct hits were achieved.

Two other resistance groups attacked the Barachit position ,and one of the two groups clashed with the elements of the position for ten minutes, scoring direct hits. The second resistance group attacked the position, and further hits were scored.

Elsewhere, a Lebanese resistance group attacked the Hadatha position and precise hits were achieved.

On Sunday evening, the resistance forces attacked the Israeli and pro-Israel South Lebanon Army militia's positions in Ali al-Taher and al-Burj in the occupied part of south Lebanon, using machine-guns and rockets.

In a statement, the resistance said fierce clashes took place with the elements of the two positions during which direct hits were scored.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Lebanese security forces said the Israeli occupation forces bombarded on Monday the outskirts of Jibal al-Butoum and Zibqin.

On Monday morning the Israeli warplanes broke the sound barrier over the capital, Beirut, twice.

Israeli artillery from their position in al-Zaffatah also shelled al-Murabaa district, Haboush river course and Kfour valley.

Lebanese security sources said Israeli forces from Sunday night to Monday morning shelled the suburbs of the towns of al-Mansouri, Majdal Zoune, Beyout al-Seyad and the valleys and mountainous routes in the western sector of south Lebanon.
