Niger president gets message from ruler of Qatar

The president of the republic of Niger, Mamadou Tandja, on Monday received a message from Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al-Thani. The message invites an invitation to attend the 9th Islamic summit conference due to be held in Doha next November.
The Gulf News Agency said that Qatar Minister of Education and Higher Education Muhammad Abdul Rahim Kafoud delivered the message to President Tandja during their meeting on Sunday evening in Niamey.
