Establishing a new tourism resort in Bahrain

The executive steps have been started to establish a resort in Bahrain worth $22.4 million south of Sheikh Hamad Road, which links Manama and Mahrak.
The project is being tackled by Gezira Tourism Company under the chairmanship of Abd El-Aziz Kano.
The resort's space is 32,000 meters, and it will comprise 180 cabins in addition to more entertainment establishments and the hotel.
A Bahraini source said this is the first stage of the project, which includes establishing a hotel with 600 rooms to accommodate the increasing tourism movement to Bahrain.
