International symposium in Sharjah for technology transfer

Emirate of Sharjah witnessed a symposium that was attended by more than 300 scientists from different fields.
The participants discussed means of transfer of their scientific experiences to the Arab and the Islamic states as well as successful ways of developing scientific research in the Arab states.
The symposium discussed future of scientific research in the Arab states and horizons of the third millenium.
The famous Arab scientist Dr. Farouk El-Baz from US Boston University - participated in the symposium with the participation of UNESCO, the Arab Leagues, the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science and Union of the Arab Scientific Research.
